For Students (all levels):
Excellent private tutoring techniques
to improve grades, raise self-confidence and develop
study skills. By identifying problems, students can
focus on areas needing improvement. Modern tutorial
methods are used including comprehensive verb and
grammar wall charts to facilitate and achieve maximum
results. The Spanish Teacher keeps an extensive
library of current classroom textbooks. Classes of one
hour per session are scheduled on a weekly basis. The
Spanish Teacher carefully monitors a student's
progress and is also in contact with parents to offer
reports and feed-back.
Advanced Placement (AP) Preparation:
Individualized instruction is offered
to High School students who wish to prepare for the
Spanish Language AP tests. Students can start this
preparation while enrolled in Spanish levels 3 or 4
AP. This course is intended to assist students in
developing the necessary listening, speaking,
learning, reading and writing skills to pass the AP
Spanish Language test.
Conversational Spanish:
Our instructional methods feature a way to learn spanish that is easy, fun and effective. You will be able to speak in full sentences on the first day. We use pictures, or symbols, that stand for words and expressions. The inclusion of questions and answers is an intrinsic part of the interactive experience of The Spanish Teacher system, replicating real-life social interactions.Program update:

Prior to individualized instruction, The Spanish Teacher has over 15 years of classroom teaching experience in both public and private schools including Wellesley High School, a public school in Wellesley, Massachusetts and the prestigious private school Harvard- Westlake in Los Angeles, California.
